These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the arenplus platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any content, feature, or service made available through arenplus.vip. Your continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

arenplus reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting an updated version on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use arenplus, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of arenplus or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access the full features of arenplus, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify arenplus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on arenplus. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. arenplus reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

Account Verification: arenplus may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

arenplus supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. arenplus does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All funds deposited into your arenplus account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. arenplus reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds at any time.

arenplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed account verification, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• arenplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

All games available on arenplus are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on arenplus, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

arenplus uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. The RNG systems used by our game providers are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, arenplus reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. arenplus shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play.
• Wagers placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has commenced.
• arenplus reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error or as a result of a system fault.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arenplus platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to arenplus support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or arenplus staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or access control measures implemented by arenplus.

arenplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from arenplus.

All content on the arenplus platform — including but not limited to the arenplus name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of arenplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from arenplus.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the platform.
• Use any arenplus trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of arenplus intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by arenplus.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arenplus, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, arenplus specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in game results caused by third-party game providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. arenplus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

arenplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and comply with applicable Philippine data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with our licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

arenplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination for cause, arenplus reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the arenplus platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

arenplus operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

arenplus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms on the platform, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. For material changes, we will endeavor to provide advance notice through a platform notification or email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the arenplus platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
