As the personal information controller, arenplus determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. • Payment processors: GCash, Maya, and partner banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) to process deposits and withdrawals.

• Fraud prevention and AML partners: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity and money laundering.

All third-party service providers who process personal data on behalf of arenplus are bound by data processing agreements that require them to maintain appropriate security standards and process data only for the purposes specified by arenplus.

arenplus retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Our general retention periods are as follows:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of 5 years after account closure, in compliance with AML and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine financial regulations.
• Gaming activity records: Retained for a minimum of 3 years from the date of the activity.
• Customer support records: Retained for 2 years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn, plus 1 year thereafter as evidence of consent.
• Technical and usage data: Typically retained for 12 months in identifiable form, after which it may be anonymized for analytics purposes.

When personal data is no longer required, arenplus will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and the arenplus platform is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (256-bit SSL).

The arenplus platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. arenplus does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process.

If arenplus becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the associated personal data, and return any deposited funds in accordance with applicable regulations.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the arenplus platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 14.

Some of arenplus's service providers and game providers may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to recipients in other countries, arenplus ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including:

• Contractual clauses that require the recipient to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law.
• Transfers only to countries or organizations that have been assessed as providing an adequate level of data protection.
• Obtaining your explicit consent for transfers where required by applicable law.

arenplus will not transfer your personal data internationally in a manner that undermines your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

arenplus may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or platform features. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address.
